Open your firewall's settings to make sure Dropbox is whitelisted; make sure this is the case on all your computers. An update or change in either Dropbox or your firewall may cause the problem to occur even if it hasn't before, so check your firewall's settings. This is a known issue with antivirus applications such as: If this happens to you, consider adding Dropbox to your application's whitelist or try disabling your antivirus application and restarting the Dropbox application.Tune Up Utilities (Windows) is also known to optimize your computer by uninstalling Dropbox. When I add or change an item, the dropbox icon shows no activity, but the sync preference pane indicates a sync is occurring (ie "Last synced: 1 min ago"). I've rebooted, and so far, it is still syncing, so that's a much better situation.I erased my data in 1Password for i OS on i Phone and setup sync again. However, I've noticed that the sync with Dropbox the i Phone will frequently hang.Try manually deleting the and installing a fresh copy downloaded from their site - that did the trick for me.
Your version is outdated and the fact that it didn't self-update is a significant issue as and of itself...
It is possible that your files have synced correctly to the cloud, but Dropbox is unable to read them correctly.
In this case, restarting Dropbox by closing the program completely and starting it again can re-sync your files and display them properly.
I have to end task it and/or reboot the phone for it to actually sync.
So at least I have a working solution even after I do what caused issues before (rebooting).
